|| FIRST FLOOR A body hangs from the rope in the Bell Tower; it sways back and forth, causing the bell to toll at odd hours. The body has become entirely entangled in the rope, and makes it difficult to see any detail of the person who has died here. Anyone attempting to climb the stairs to the tiny nest will find themselves feeling unwelcome, and a bit strange, as though to progress further would put them in danger. But surely it is nothing at all, and only their imaginations warning them away.
In the Chapel the pews are once again full, though the leader of the flock is currently absent. All of the pale ghosts face forward, their eyes fixed on the front of the room. The room is noticeably colder than the rooms around it, and those who pass through will find themselves walking a bit faster than they perhaps mean to. The ghosts seem harmless, and do not shift to bother any of the guests that happen to pass through.
The Dining Room has been decorated for some grand event, the guests gathered around the table and dressed in their finery. A bride sits at the head of the table, an empty chair next to her. A cake sits in the center of the table, though it seems a spider has taken up residence between the figurines and is beginning to spin a web.
The other seats of the table are full of people, more than perhaps should be able to fit. A fine meal sits in front of each of them, though it has not been touched. Glasses of wine sit to the left of each guest.
Every single person at the table has had their throat slit, though not a drop of blood stains their finery or remains in the wound. Their bodies are dried out, as though the blood has simply been sucked out of the wound by something other. There is no sign of a struggle, nor any indication that any of the guests attempted to rise from the table as the others were killed. It is impossible to judge their expression with the almost mummification of their flesh, but each seems to be smiling.
A knife has been stabbed into the table in front of the empty chair, the hilt delicately adorned with threads of gold and made from carved ivory. The blade is extremely sharp, and does not seem to have taken any harm from being stabbed into the table. It is perfectly, almost surgically cleaned.
Of the groom there is no sign.
Anyone who chances to sit down in the empty chair will find themselves overwhelmed with a sense of dread, but unable to rise as the ghastly party comes to life around them. The wine begins to pass again, and they start to eat and speak to each other, careless and playful as those at parties often are. The bride leans from time to time to address the person foolish enough to sit in the chair. They do not seem harmful, but as they talk and chatter and include the houseguest in their conversation, they will slowly feel the urge to take the knife from the table in front of them and silence those around them.
If they give into the urge, the dreadful dinner will end quickly, if not they will find themselves sitting for exactly twenty eight minutes at the table. At which point the creatures around them gasp as one and go rigid once more. They may leave once the feast ends.
As if ushered out by the gathered party in their normal spot, the Wax Family has moved to the next room over, save for the absence of the little girl. The Mother hovers over the stove in the Plain Kitchen as if ready to serve the devastated gathering next door. Her Husband however, lurks in the doorway leading to the dining room, though he does not seem to dare approach the festivities to which he was not invited. The Son has moved to the Pantry instead, staring down into the well and preparing to drop bits of dried meat inside. He grins at the bottom, and occasionally a soft gurgling noise can be heard from something beneath the water.
The Daughter has relocated to somewhere farther from the rest of her family, and can be found sitting at the base of birdbath in the Rose Garden, staring absently at the ground. She does not seem quick to respond to external stimuli, instead focusing on a patch of dirt just past the ceramic structure and the slab at its base, holding her permanently closed fist to her chest. She seems very intent, with a child-like focus on something invisible. The little girl is dressed all in white tonight, her pigtails down and brushed into waves. She wears a wreath of white flowers as a crown.
In the Hallway, a single Wallcrawler has been abandoned by the rest of its kind. In spite of being on its own, it is very easy to spot, dropped to the floor and clawing at the walls, wanting to climb back up but unable to find the energy to do so. It is obviously in a great deal of pain, and in its death throes it lashes out. Jamie, The Tenth Doctor and Loki all seem to put it more at ease, the creature letting them past in spite of its obvious fear for its life. And, perhaps, a little kindness from strangers might lull it out of hungry, desperate violence.

|| SECOND FLOOR
In the Model Bedroom the Patchwork ghost sits at her vanity, gazing at her reflection intently. Any male houseguests who enters will be asked to compliment her appearance and allowed to leave without much fuss if they comply with her demands. Women, on the other hand, will find her saccharine sweetness evaporates quickly, and that the door locks behind them as soon as it closes. If they are lucky, her knife kills them before she starts to take them apart.
